brettfish.com is the home of the weekly Christian 'Thort for the Week' email messages i send out aimed at challenging and encouraging Christians to live out what we say we believe - you can subscribe to that somewhere here or by emailing me at brett@brettfish.com and asking to be added...

"we don't need more christians in the world, we just need Christian christians!" - people who really actively and passionately are living out the faith and relationship Jesus Christ called us into.

i am passionate about God and people and my passion and calling is to mobilise the church into living out our faith through a lot of the writing and speaking that i do.

i am the owner of the world's most famous stuffed dolphin called No_bob (i was going to call him 'Bob' but he doesn't!), i hate raisins (and wrote a great song called 'Squishy Fruit Conspiracy' which you can hear on my Myspace page - www.myspace.com/brettfish about that) enjoy reading Terry Pratchett Discworld books, love the great misdirectional humour of Jack Handey (which you can find on here) and love making up my own words and English conventions and ignoring 'correct' capiTal leTTer usage a lot

a big question i've been challenged by recently comes from my friend Al Lovejoy (author of Acid Alex) and goes like this:

"How does what i believe in make me pray for, and then do, on behalf of others - who have nothing and no one to believe in?" [Al Lovejoy]

and lastly, before you rush on to check out the page or wherever else you are headed, why not first answer these questions if you can:
